We have implemented the following changes to ensure that we are keeping you and our staff safe during COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Our employees are no longer allowed to be in our offices together to limit our exposure to one another.  They will be picking up their supplies outside our office at the beginning of each shift.
  • We are disinfecting our caddies and supplies after each home and again at the end of the day.
  • We are disinfecting our cars after each shift.
  • If you have a vacuum, please leave out for us to use. This is to help reduce the spreading of any dust particles. We are cleaning/disinfecting ours after each use, however if you have a vacuum we would prefer to use it during this time.
  • Our crews will be wearing gloves at all times, mask and shoe covers are available for them to wear if they feel it’s necessary.
  • We are disinfecting door knobs, light switches and appliance handles at all homes.
  • If you have any special instructions for our crews that will make you feel more comfortable about us being in your home please let us know. We are happy to put your mind at ease.
  • Please note that we have consolidated crews as our workload has decreased, this is temporary. We know you may prefer your normal team however, it may not be physically possible to have your crew during this time. Also, time changes may occur (Ex. If you are regularly scheduled for 8am, it may change to 10am, depending on schedule and location). Thank you for understanding, we are trying our best to accommodate your needs!
